Effective date: August 8, 2026
This policy covers software operated by Eschaton Labs, including relay, an internal social-media publishing tool.
relay publishes video content to Instagram and TikTok accounts owned and operated by Eschaton Labs. It is not offered as a service to third parties, and it does not interact with accounts other than our own.
relay stores OAuth access tokens for our own social accounts, plus the videos and captions we queue for posting. Tokens and queues are stored locally on hardware we control. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information about any third party. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising technologies on this site.
Information returned by the Instagram and TikTok APIs (such as account identifiers and post IDs for our own accounts) is used solely to operate publishing and is retained only in local logs.
To request deletion of any data, or to revoke a connection, contact labs@eschatonlabs.ai. Revoking the app's access from within Instagram or TikTok immediately invalidates its tokens.
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
